SERADOY REAL ESTATE CONSULTANCY SERVICES strongly advises everyone to exercise extreme caution and vigilance when dealing with individuals who claim to be representatives, agents, personnel, or authorized persons of our company.
To protect our clients from fraudulent transactions, unauthorized collections, fake documents, and individuals falsely using the name of our company, please make sure that you are dealing only with legitimate and officially connected personnel of Seradoy Real Estate Consultancy Services.
VERIFY BEFORE YOU TRANSACT
Before submitting any important, original, or sensitive documents or making any payment, clients are strongly advised to contact and obtain confirmation from the nearest official branch of Seradoy Real Estate Consultancy Services.
If you are uncertain about the identity or authority of the person you are dealing with, STOP THE TRANSACTION and verify first.
When in doubt, please do not submit your documents and do not release any payment until proper confirmation has been obtained.
STRICT PAYMENT POLICY
For the protection of our clients, ALL PAYMENTS must strictly follow our authorized payment procedures:
1. Cash payments must be made inside the official office and only with the knowledge and approval of the Managing Officer.
2. Bank transfers or deposits must only be made to official bank accounts under the name of the business owner/s.
3. Checks must only be issued under the name of the business owner/s.
STRICTLY NO PAYMENT UNDER OTHER NAMES
DO NOT MAKE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT- whether cash, bank transfer, deposit, check, e-wallet, or any other payment method—if the payee or recipient is not the business owner/s.
If someone asks you to send or give payment to a personal bank account, personal e-wallet, another individual's name, or any name other than the business owner/s, DO NOT PROCEED.
Please verify the transaction with the nearest official branch or the Managing Officer before making any payment.
BEWARE OF FAKE AUTHORIZATION LETTERS
The public is also warned to be very cautious of fake, fabricated, or unauthorized Authorization Letters.
STRICTLY DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT simply because a person presents an Authorization Letter.
An Authorization Letter must be properly verified with the company. If the payment is being requested under a name other than the business owner/s, DO NOT PAY, even if the person presents an Authorization Letter or other documents claiming to authorize the collection.
YOUR PROTECTION IS OUR PRIORITY
We encourage everyone to VERIFY FIRST BEFORE YOU PAY OR SUBMIT IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.
If you encounter anyone who claims to represent Seradoy Real Estate Consultancy Services but is not officially connected with the company, or if you receive suspicious payment instructions, please immediately contact the nearest official branch for confirmation.
