Start na bayad sa Equity/Downpayment: 75,000 divide 16 mos. = 4,500 per month ( Mao ni ang una bayaran before ka mag monthly amortization sa Pag Ibig Financing).
Pwede napod ka maka move in sa balay ana if mafull na ug bayad ang equity/Downpayment ug ma turn over na ang balay sa inyo.

STEP 3:
Pwede kana makapuyo sa balay. Samtang nagstart sa imong Monthly Amortization either ( Pag Ibig Financing or Bank Financing)
Example: Loanable Amount 450,000
Pag Ibig Financing (3% interest rate)
30 years = 1,897 per month
25 years = 2,134 per month
20 years = 2,496 per month
15 years = 3,108 per month
10 years = 4,346 per month
5 years = 8,086 per month
Pero deminishing na pwede ra imo ma short ang year kung kaya na mabayaran ang balance.
