-Settle the transfer of tittle.
-Fill it with dirt to elevate to prevent Flood.

📍Get a building Permit
-Prepare a long list of REQUIREMENTS.
-wait for 10 working days
-pay 6000+ pesos and wait for another 5 working day for your permit to be released.
