Truth:
Maraming properties na mababa ang DP at may flexible terms. Hindi kailangan milyon agad para makapagsimula.

Truth:
Approved pa rin basta kumpleto ang proof of income (ITR, bank statements, business docs).

Truth:
Pwede pa rin kung kaya ng income mo ang monthly amortization. Ang basis ay capacity to pay, hindi kung may loan ka lang.

Truth:
Kung kumpleto ang requirements, mas mabilis ang approval. Usually documents lang ang nagpapabagal.

Most Philippine banks require:
