Hebrews 6:19-20
[19]Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
[20]Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
In life, we often face storms and uncertainties that can shake our faith and leave us feeling lost. But as believers, we have a hope that serves as an anchor for our souls. This hope is not based on our own strength or circumstances, but on the unchanging character of God and the finished work of Jesus. Just as an anchor keeps a ship stable during a storm, our hope in Jesus keeps us steady and secure in the midst of life's challenges. We can take comfort in knowing that Jesus, our forerunner, has entered the very presence of God on our behalf. He is our eternal high priest, who intercedes for us and provides us with access to God's grace and mercy. So, let us hold fast to this hope, knowing that it is firm and secure. Even when the storms of life rage around us, we can trust in Jesus to guide us and keep us grounded in His love and faithfulness.
