The Pontefino residences Phase I is the first of the planned residential development anchored around Hotel Pontefino. with prices ranging from P5M – P8M. Most of the 34 units in blocks 1 and 2 are fully constructed. Several have been turned-over to the buyers. Blocks 4 and 5 are now available for sale. PHASE II

There's a type of shade only a Narra tree gives. Wide, generous, unhurried – the kind that tells you a place was designed to be lived in, not just passed through.

🏘️ SDG 11 - Sustainable cities and communities – Walkable paths. Solar-powered streets. Gardens designed to cool the air and absorb the rain. A township where your daily errands don't require starting the car.
