There's a type of shade only a Narra tree gives. Wide, generous, unhurried – the kind that tells you a place was designed to be lived in, not just passed through.
At PonteFino Estates, malasakit is not a tagline. It's the reason we plant trees that are native to this country, design walkways that don't flood our streets and light our paths with the sun.
So we're taking a step we think matters: beginning to align our development priorities with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We're starting with two:
🌿 SDG 15 - Life on land – 75 per cent of the trees we nurture are native Philippine species. Narra, Talisay, Ilang-ilang, Palawan Cherry. Trees that are rooted in this country, not imported from a catalogue.
🏘️ SDG 11 - Sustainable cities and communities – Walkable paths. Solar-powered streets. Gardens designed to cool the air and absorb the rain. A township where your daily errands don't require starting the car.
This is a beginning, not a declaration of completion. We're committed to being honest about where we are and transparent about where we're going.
What does a better Batangas look like to you? We're genuinely asking.
