PHASE 1
The Pontefino residences Phase I is the first of the planned residential development anchored around Hotel Pontefino. with prices ranging from P5M – P8M. Most of the 34 units in blocks 1 and 2 are fully constructed. Several have been turned-over to the buyers. Blocks 4 and 5 are now available for sale. PHASE II
Due to the success of Phase I, Pontefino Residences is also coming up with a Phase 2 development. The Phase 2 of Pontefino Residences will feature 47 more three-bedroom Neo-Inspired town houses. Construction of the model units will commence on the second quarter of 2011. SHOPHOUSES
