The Elbi Barn.
One of our uniquely designed house located very close to UPLB. It sits on a 150sqm. lot inside a gated-community. The client wishes to have something artistic and will separate the character of their home from the typical houses in the village. And voila! this is the result. ☺️
The design showcases a minimalist black barn house, with its roof falling through the walls. The windows are designed slim on the sides, and we added a skylight at the staircase to bring in more natural lighting, and of course add awesomeness to the staircase and family area at the 2nd floor. On the interior, it is an industrial feel, with steel railings, black doors and black kitchen topped off by our signature raw concrete finish.
We cant wait to share another masterpiece that is on its finishing touches stage already before 2021 ends. Please stay-tuned for the actual completed pictures of this beautiful Elbi Barn.
