Dear Guests,

We don’t always post our online bookings or proof of bank transfers/payments publicly. Most of our guests value their privacy, and we respect that.

However, due to a recent inquiry questioning our legitimacy, we would just like to share that yesterday we accommodated a booking for 7 pax at our transient house, with payment made prior to arrival. Today, the same guests also made another payment for their one-day extension.

To all our valued guests who continue to trust and support us — thank you so much! Your trust means a lot to us.

For those who are not comfortable with online reservations or advance payments, walk-ins are always welcome, subject to room availability. We simply ask for respect and kindness when making inquiries.

To those inquiring about our booking policy:

Please understand that requiring full payment to reserve a room does NOT make us a scam. We respectfully ask everyone not to label our business unfairly.

1. We do not force anyone to book if you are not comfortable with our policy. Booking is always your choice.

2. We handle 5-digit bookings and transactions regularly, and many guests trust and support our business.

3. We are a legitimate business with complete permits and BIR registration. We are not operating without documents.

4. We never said walk-ins are not allowed. However, if a room has already been reserved online with confirmed payment, we cannot give that same room to a walk-in guest even if they arrive first.
