As we said in a past post,
B&V Apartments recently received notice of a leak on the top deck, which was caused by the lack of waterproofing. To rectify this mistake, we have installed a roof over the top deck.
We are now happy to say, it is almost complete. In a greater news, if you are interested in renting the top deck for a party or venue message us B&V Apartments Management to inquire.

This new addition has made it possible for residents to access the roof without being subjected to the heat of the sun. This development is a significant improvement, as it provides a comfortable and safe area for people to enjoy, free from the risk of water damage.

B&V Apartments strictly prohibits illegal parking and trespassing, and those caught committing such acts who are not visitors or tenants will be punished according to Article 280 of the Revised Penal Code. A verbal warning will be given for the first offense, while the second offense will be reported to the local law enforcement. It is important to follow the legal ways and avoid any illegal activities.

At B&V Management our top priority is the safety of our tenants.
WE WILL POST PICTURES OF TRESPASSERS THAT HAVE BEEN CAUGHT TRESPASSING.

As of Art. 280. Qualified trespass to dwelling. – Any private person who shall enter the dwelling of another against the latter's will shall be punished by arresto mayor and a fine not exceeding Two hundred thousand pesos (₱200,000).
Those who have built unwanted items on the property will be reported and will be DEMOLISHED.
B&V Apartments will use the full-extent of the law, to those who think they are above the law.
