New patch of the protein-rich Indigofera legume is growing beautifully. Planted in July and August using direct seeding method. I expect that by January 2025, we'll be able to start harvesting the succulent leaves and branches to feed our goats.

We now have F1 boer bucklings available for release. The sire (father) of this buckling is a fullblood boer. The dam (mother) is a cross with native, anglo-nubian and boer genes.

Our new workhorse! After much indecision, we finally went for the Toyota Hilux J 4x4. I'm naming him Jay. 😁
Jay went right to work, hauling 8 latons of pineapple pulp silage for our goats in our expansion farm. I can vouch for the excellence of this manual Hilux even in stock form. Had to use 4low and the diff lock, but was able to traverse the muddy, slippery slopes in the rain, on the stock HT tires!
