Yesterday I got sc@mmed.
One week before our wedding anniversary, we are supposed to book a hotel stay at Canyon Cove Batangas. Pero sadly dahil same week ng sem break fully booked na yung hotel sa lahat ng booking sites -stardeals, booking, agoda.. etc.
Budgeted lang kami so di namin afford yung ibang mahal na hotels., also half hearted din kami if we still want to book hotel or kumain nalang sa labas to celebrate.
Fast forward, Oct 27, wala parin kami booking, I checked , still fully booked pero may 1 room available pero triple the price na ng regular room rates.
Then I saw this page with 16k likes, checked the page, mukang legit, and out of desperation and pressure I booked it. Narealize ko lang after ko magbayad. For the 1st time, I let my guard down the very minute nagbayad ako I came to my senses and tadaaa! Sayang 4k haha!
Fast forward, Jemson and I talked, we forgave each other, we surrender it to the Lord, we plan another, we checked other options along the way.
Then Canyon Cove popped up sa app.. much more lower room rates, upgraded pero walang breakfast. Still we booked it, we came around 3pm na, the receptionist told us na hindi nila mabibigay yung suite kasi yung presyo na binayad ko is pang regular room lang, pero they will give us complimentary breakfast.
Then someone approached my husband gave him another complimentary ticket for dinner naman for 2! Though di namin inavail nahiya kasi sya sayang! Haha
For us? We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed our time with Jesus. Coincidence maybe for others, but we know its God.
