-Bago ka bumili ng property, first to settle is magkano ba yung kaya mong ilabas na amount for property, kaya mo bang mag spot payment (kung Ready For Occupancy na ang iyong hinahanap) or installment muna ( applicable to some of RFO units but mostly to preselling units which offers flexible payment terms)
𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
-Tip001: Good Location ang isang property kung may mga commercial establishment na sa paligid ibigsabihin maganda ang location ng property, disadvantage naman nito ay mahal na ang market value ng mga property dahil well-developed na ang lugar.
Friendly advice lang din, if you are still on budget choose those property na on preselling stage palang or nasa on-going development palang ang area. Kung natatagalan ka naman sa period of turnover isipin mo nalang din gaano kabilis tumaas ang value ng isang property. Who knows na yang dating liblib at papasok na lugar ay magiging prime location na in 3-5 years. Lagi nating isipin hindi ang location ng property ang mag aadjust sa budget mo, so its better to start now and small than nothing at all.
Remember: Sa real estate property, waiting is the highest paid dividends.

Kung kinukulit ka, at panay ang follow up sayo be thankful dahil nireremind ka niya na wag sayangin ang opportunity habang bata ka pa, habang nag eearn ka pa para mag invest for long term asset or investment mo. They are/ We are your friends and partner for your long term investment not your enemy. Be thankful rin kasi active ang agent mo kapag may mga concerns ka di ka nyan iiwanan.
Choose those agent na i-oorient ka, igaguide, i-aassist at i-eeducate ka sa pag-invest mo ng property.
🏠Kung inaalam namin yung preferred location and target monthly budget nila for property, please let us know para mabigyan ka namin ng best option na pasok sa iyong preference.
🏠Kapag inaalam din namin ang estimated/ranges ng monthly income/salary wag kang mahihiya or mamasamain ang tanong para mabigyan ka rin namin ng best options na pasok sa iyong target and alam namin more chances ka na ma-approve sa iyong preferred financial institution. Dahil kapag mag ho-housing loan ka since million/billion ang halaga niyan ay may prequalification muna sila bago ka ma-approve ang iyong loan.
