Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Biñan City and Alabang Muntinlupa City. The Property Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, knowledge of commercial and residential real estate, sales, and negotiation. The Property Specialist will also participate in property inspections and assist with property management duties.
Qualifications
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Experience in commercial and residential real estate
*Proven sales and negotiation skills
*Knowledge of property management
*Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
*Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus.
Account Specialist: 18,000 to 20,000
Sr. Account Specialist: 20,000 to 25,000

- 3% commission every closed sale
