ARRESTED. An alleged leader of RGS Investment Scam was arrested by operatives of Negros Occidental Provincial Police Office (Nocppo) Intelligence Unit at San Gregorio Village, Binalbagan town Thursday afternoon, August 25.

The arrested person was identified as Henjie Cuadra, of legal age, and resident of Sitio San Gregorio Village, Barangay Paglaum, Binalbagan.

Nocppo records showed Cuarda was arrested by virtue of arrest warrant for the crime of syndicated estafa.

The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Maria Lina Palencia Gonzaga, of Regional Trial Court, Branch 42 in Bacolod City with no bail recommended.

The suspect is detained at the custodial facility of Binalbagan Municipal Police Station. | via Merlinda A. Pedrosa
