Option to Buy the Front Portion Only

There is an option to buy only the front portion of the property measuring 2,000 square meters more or less.

However, the price will be 60K per square meter because the 30K per square meter price stated in our Ads involves the entire property including the back portion.

Php 60,000 x 2,000 sqm = 120M

The front portion also has all the buildings -- classrooms, reception, swimming pool, stage and covered basketball court.

All these improvements are inside the 2,000 square meters.

With 120 Million, you get all these buildings/improvements.

Further, if you are buying only the front portion, there should be a roadway or right of way from the highway going to the back portion of the property. The roadway should be at least ten (10) meters wide.

This roadway is not buildable. You cannot build anything on it. But a bridge can be built overhead with ten (10) meters vertical clearance.
