FRIENDLY ADVISORY:
Effective this month of August 2017, we will no longer accept any Reservations without the 4 INITIAL DOCUMENTS as stated below:
1.) Proof of Income- 1 month latest payslip / Latest Job Contract/ COEC
2.) Proof of Identity- 2 valid ID's ( Company ID & 1 Government ID)
3.) Proof of Billing Address- Water & Electric Bill (if rented- need Certification fr. Landowner or Brgy. Certificate)
4.) Latest Employee Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV)- for HDMF Financing
- For Bank financing, submission upon Reservation of Birth Certificate/ Marriage Certificateis required in replacement of ESAV
And also, we can no longer continue accepting Reservations where the common deficiency in documentation occur like the followig items:
A.) Married Buyers (Both Principal / Co-maker): submitted requirements are under Single status
B.) Names does not match in Birth Certificate or other documents
C) Discrepancy in the Contract of Employment, Job Contract versus payslip and or otherwise.
