As a young entrepreneur , I have never been stressed in my life for other people' s bills and payables..until i did the audit of the payables for water bills, electricity bills and rent arrears of my tenants ..these were the ones piled up for 3 months since the lockdown...and man ..they are huge..I was thinking how they can pay all these...

shempre its not just the utilities ang kailangang bayaran..these folks have families to support..kapatid na pinaaral,senior na parents na sinusuportahan , kids to feed and all..

So dear Tenants,

We heard your silent plight..

Boss kenneth and I decided that :

1. Your rent arrears from April 16 to May 30
can be paid in installment for 9 months

2. Half lang po muna ang babayaran na rent
for next month

As mentioned in my group message to all of you, you need to see me at my house for further info on our arrangements for your individual aacounts...

This is a difficult time for all of us.

In order to atleast ease the burden of mental and financial distress we are all experiencing , your monthly rent for 1 month covering dates , March 16 to april 15 , 2020 shall be WAIVED.

Pls stay inside your homes and pray harder.

Follow the recommendations of the government.

I will be checking compliance this month since we have one unit whose service maybe cutoff due to negligence in payment.

Pls do not disregard the notice slips posted on your envelops as they serve as warnings that your service will be cutoff anytime.
