🎄✨ Espiritu sa Pasko: Pagpaambit ug Paghatag ✨🎄

Isip pagpasidungog sa tinuod nga kahulugan sa Pasko—nga ang espiritu sa Pasko mao ang pagpaambit ug paghatag—si BM Margarita G. Garay ug iyahang mga staff nanglakaw sa nagkalain-laing lugar sa 2nd District sa Surigao del Sur: Barobo, Hinatuan, Tagbina, Bislig City, ug Lingig, aron mokanta ug Christmas carols sa piniling mga pamilya.

Imbis nga ang mga panimalay maoy mohatag sa mga carolers, si BM Garay ug ang iyang mga staff maoy naghatag og mga gasa isip simbolo sa gugma, paglaum, ug panaghiusa. Makita gyud ang malinaw nga mga pahiyom sa mga nawong sa matag pamilya sa ilang pagdawat sa gasa—usa ka pahiyom nga nagpakita sa tinuod nga kalipay sa pagpaambit.

Sa yano nga kanta ug halad, napukaw ang kasingkasing sa matag usa ug nabuhi ang tinuod nga espiritu sa Pasko sa matag komunidad.

Provincial Board Member Margarita G. Garay, Committee Chair on Women, Family and Children, attended and delivered her heartfelt inspirational message during the Children’s Month Celebration held on November 27, 2025, with the theme “OSAEC, CSAEM Wakasan: Kaligtasan at Karapatan ng Bata, Ipaglaban!”

The event, held at Shacene, Tandag City, gathered around 200 daycare children from various cities and municipalities of Surigao del Sur. The celebration was made even more special with wonderful presentations from the daycare pupils.

The PSWDO also treated the kids with free popcorn and cotton candy, while school supplies were distributed to all pupils who attended—bringing joy, learning, and meaningful experiences to every child present. 💙👧👦✨

Together, let us continue championing the rights, safety, and well-being of every child.

Padayon ang pag-alagad para sa kabataan! 🎉👧👦
In line with the Children’s Month Celebration, the Office of Board Member Margarita G. Garay, Committee Chair on Women, Family, and Children, conducted an Outreach Program with Libreng Gupit ug Anti-Koto Drive para sa kapin 100 ka mga estudyante sa Roxas Elementary School niadtong November 21, 2025 (Friday). ✂️🧼📚

Kada tuig ginahimo ni Board Member Garay ang pagbisita sa lain-laing mga skwelahan aron paghatag ug mga libre nga serbisyo alang sa kabataan—usa ka padayon nga paningkamot alang sa ilang limpyo, himsog, ug lig-on nga pag-eskwela. 💙

Dako among pasalamat sa school administration, faculty ug mga ginikanan sa inyong mainit nga suporta ug pagdawat.

🎉 Children’s Month Celebration! 👧👦✂️

The Office of Hon. Margarita G. Garay, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member and Committee Chair on Women, Family, and Children, joins in the celebration of Children’s Month through a Free Anti-Koto Drive and Haircutting Activity held at Barobo Townsite Elementary School, Poblacion, Barobo, Surigao del Sur.

This initiative aims to promote health, hygiene, and confidence among our young learners — because every child deserves to feel cared for and valued! 💖✨

A day of care, compassion, and community 💖
Free massage, haircut, and manicure services were provided to our Persons Deprived of Liberty—because everyone deserves moments of comfort and dignity.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the support of BM Margarita G. Garay, promoting wellness, hope, and humanity behind bars.

Thank you to our service partners and volunteers for sharing your time and kindness. Together, we continue to uplift lives and build a more compassionate community. 🙌💙

In honor of Undas 2025, we extended comfort and care to our community by offering free massage services at San Fernando, Bislig City — in coordination with BISMASTA. 🤲🕊️

As families remembered and prayed for their loved ones, we also wanted to provide relaxation and relief to those spending the day at the cemetery grounds. A simple act of service, for a meaningful time of reflection and togetherness. 💛
