Megaworld to build 83 billion peso commercial district in Bulacan’s first-ever metropolitan hub for business and lifestyle
Megaworld Corp., the Andrew Tan-led property company, is developing a P83-billion commercial district in its 85-hectare Northwin Global City in Marilao and Bocaue in Bulacan.
The township’s central business district, the Northwin Main Street, will be patterned after New York City’s Fifth Avenue and will have corporate buildings, shophouses, hotels, and commercial towers.
Megaworld will offer 145 prime shophouses and commercial lots lined up in pedestrian-friendly streets surrounded with well-curated gardens and parks.
Noli Hernandez, executive vice president for sales and marketing of Megaworld, said this would be the nearest business district outside of Metro Manila.
“Since the township is just conveniently located along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and just 20 kilometers away from Metro Manila, this will be the nearest business district outside of the capital where companies and businesses can build their shops and offices,” Hernandez said.
