✔ 1 Proof of Billing (Meralco / Water / Smart / Globe / Cable)
✔ Reservation Fee (Townhouse inner unit - 6,000; Townhouse end/corner unit - 10,000; Single Attached - 20,000)
🔆🔆🔆 If, after the tripping, you are not yet decided to make a reservation, then, there's no cash out involved. Or, you can make a partial reservation (2000) to hold the unit and pay the full amount within 3 days.
