Design - Build - Outfit. This is what we call the "Halstrom House." With inspiration from the famous "Farnsworth House" we created an open plan with lots of cross ventilation for the island breezes that will cool the home. Two stories of air over the main living, gives it as well a modern, loft feel. Huge credit to our architect and partner Gerard "Kim" Oraga for taking our vision and making it better. About Imelda Cruz. Imelda is a Philippine born dual citizen of the Philippines and Canada. With a medical degree, she is a sophisticated investor in Canada and the Philippines, teaching investment real estate strategies in Canada with husband Gerry. She's tough, and is the person who is at the "front-line" and who's name is the legal entity of this venture. Imelda has a keen eye for design and is a perfectionist.

"I met Kim early on, in my time on Boracay. On a small island, everyone is connected and after a social meeting with one of the Philippines and Canada's leading architects I heard of a young man who had been mentored by the master. Kim and I instantly hit it off and my wife Imelda simply found someone she trusted. Kim decorated and outfitted our Boracay condo and has drawn, with my inspiration, an amazing home on a double lot at Newcoast Village. He is young, talented, ambitious and reliable.
