🚧 Calling Qualified Subcontractors for a Landmark Land Development Project
Dreamland Communities is a Golden Tri-Quad Dragon Corp.–Gaia Energreen Ventures Inc. Joint Venture managed project and a DHSUD–Pag-IBIG accredited residential land development project located in Brgy. Dampay, Candelaria, Zambales.
Covering approximately 50,000 square meters, Dreamland Communities is envisioned as a thoughtfully planned community that will help create better living environments, stronger neighborhoods, and brighter opportunities for Filipino families.
To support the project’s development, we are inviting qualified subcontractors with established experience in land development and civil works to submit their credentials for prequalification.

Roads and drainage works
Earthworks and site development
Utilities installation and related civil works
Retaining structures
Landscaping, amenities, and external works
