The Red Phoenix emerged victorious after winning the championship in the Mass Demonstration Competition during the celebration of the 36th Mother Theresa Colegio Group of Schools (MTCGS) Foundation Day, held at the Buhi Millennium Center last December 15, 2025.
The program, organized by the Supreme Student Learner Government (SSLG), officially began at 9:00 oโclock in the morning. To mark the opening of the foundation day, Grade 11 and Grade 12 students of Mother Theresa Colegio de Buhi, Inc. participated in a Zumba dance performance, which served as a warm-up for the much-awaited Mass Demonstration Competition.
Following the Zumba activity, the dedication booth of the Supreme Student Learner Government (SSLG) and the wedding booth of PAMANA School Publication were officially opened, allowing students of MTCDB to participate and enjoy the activities offered throughout the foundation day.
After lunch, students began preparing for the anticipated Mass Demonstration Competition, which took place at the Buhi Millennium Center at 1:00 oโclock in the afternoon. The Red Phoenix was the first team to perform, impressing the audience with their astonishing Christmas hats. They were followed by the Yellow Vanguards, who showcased a carefree and joyful aura while dancing to various Christmas songs. Meanwhile, the Purple Huntrix delivered a modern-style mass demonstration performance as the second-to-the-last team to perform. Lastly, the Blue Barracudas surprised the audience with various props and party poppers as they concluded the competition.
Immediately after the performances, the announcement of winners took place, and students eagerly awaited the results. The Red Phoenix secured the championship title, followed by the Blue Barracudas as first runner-up. The Yellow Vanguards placed third runner-up, while the Purple Huntrix claimed the fourth runner-up position.
The foundation day officially concluded at exactly 4:30 oโclock in the afternoon as students visited the booths for the last time and helped clean up at the Buhi Millennium Center.
