1. Schedule for an online appointment with your respective Marketing Officer via FB Messenger;

2. Have a virtual site tripping (or you may advise if okay to proceed to reservation of the unit);

3. Fill-out EBIS https://ebis.mandalay.com.ph/onsite_portal

4. Send scanned copy of 1 Govt issued ID with signature (For Locally Employed), and Copy of Contract of Employment with Compensation details (For OFW);

5. Send the E-Sign(ed) developer's docs that will be sent by the Marketing Officer

6. Pay through the direct link that will be provided by the Marketing Officer once Quotation Sheet is signed
