This means that if Ang total price Ng Bahay ay is 3M, at ang equity /downpayment is up to 2 years, so, ang monthly equity ay nasa 25k/mo. At Ang iyong monthly amortization sa PAG-IBIG ay nasa 14K/mo. @ 30 years.

Kita nyo, mas Malaki Ang equity, kaysa monthly amortization, Peru Ang kagandahan Naman nyan, mas mababa Ang babayaran mo in a long run Kasi ang monthly amortization natin ay long term payment compared sa equity/downpayment.

➡️ This financing is mostly offered for house and lot that is 3M below, and the maximum loanable amount is 6M only.

Ito Ang dahilan kung bakit ang mga housing ay naka bank financing na ang within or near Cebu City, location, kasi ang presyo ngayon ay nasa 6M- 10M na.

➡️ Processing may take 3-6 months
