POURQUOI AUX PHILIPPINES? Première partie. Vous trouverez dans ce post quelques éléments d’information générale. Les deux premiers graphes indiquent la croissance du PIB pour 2018 en France (parmi les plus basses croissances mondiales: 1,7%) et aux Philippines (dans les 5 plus hautes croissances mondiales: 6,2%). Cela correspond on peut dire à la « vitesse d’enrichissement » du pays. Les 2 graphes suivants montrent le PIB per Capita (l’argent produit/gagné /dépensé par habitant par an). Avec la France parmi les plus hauts du monde (+ 30k $) et les Philippines parmi les plus bas (entre 5k et 10k $). Ces graphes indiquent 2 points importants: 1, les pays dis « en voie de développement » s’enrichissent beaucoup plus rapidement que les pays « économiquement matures », et 2, la répartition des richesses dans les pays en voie de développement est bien plus inégale que dans les pays économiquement mature.
Cela représente la plate-forme idéale pour l’investisseur modeste.
Attention: je viens aux Philippines régulièrement depuis 20 ans, et oui, les richesses se répartissent. Je vois la longueur des études s’amplifier pour les jeunes générations, plus de propriétaires, etc... mais ici il est encore un luxe d’avoir une salle de bain avec eau courante et do**he chaude...

Bonjour tout le monde! Cette page a pour but de créer un forum de discussion et de partage d’opportunités pour les personnes intéressées dans l’investissement à l’étranger, et pour le moment plus particulièrement aux Philippines.
Dans un esprit de clarification: cette page ne représente pas un club d’investissement. Je ne suis pas broker, je ne suis pas agent immobilier, je ne suis pas conseiller financier et je ne gère que mon patrimoine personnel.
Maintenant que cela est dit: pour la petite histoire. Mon nom est Martial, j’ai quitté la France en 1999, pour n’y retourner qu’en 2018 pendant quelques mois. J’en suis repartis depuis et j’investis (à mon tout petit niveau) dans différentes opportunités aux Philippines. Particulièrement dans l’immobilier, le foncier, et le tourisme. Je me trouve actuellement à Palawan, « la dernière frontière » pour ceux qui se souviennent de Kohlanta...
Les Philippines forment une archipel d’environ 7400 îles, Palawan est une province en plein sud de mer de Chine avec de nombreuses plages souvent classées dans les plus belles du monde et des forêts tropicales magnifiques...
C’est d’ici que je répondrai à vos questions et que je proposerai des opportunités. Comme beaucoup, j’ai commencé par investir mes petites économies dans une assurance vie en France qui, avec risque modéré a conservateur, ne me rapportait que 3% par an... j’en suis sorti assez déçu des propositions d’investissement en France!
