Subject: Notice of Storage Fee for the Unclaimed Titles

Please be informed that effective January 2026, Lands Development Group, Inc., will implement a monthly Storage Fee of Php. 200.00 for all Unclaimed Titles.

This Fee is necessary to cover the Administrative Cost of renting a secure Bank Vault, which ensures the safety and preservation of your documents. We encourage you to claim your titles s soon as possible to avoid these additional charges.
