OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: On October 12, 2023, the REBAP National Board convened a pivotal consultative meeting, bringing together Chapter Presidents, the National Advisory Council, Legal Counsels, Past National Chairmen, Past National Presidents, and dedicated members. The focal point of discussion was the support on establishment of an Accredited Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) for the real estate service profession.

Notably, our esteemed CRB Emily Q. Duterte, Past National Chairman and President, has been appointed Officer-in-Charge President of the Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners, Inc. (PhilRES). Her unwavering years of leadership, acknowledged by our Certified REBAP Brokers, garnered unanimous support during the meeting for her role and the call to establish an AIPO.

PhilRES requested for an extension to attain 50+1 requirement, which was granted by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) until the end if this year.

The REBAP National, in solidarity with those present at the consultative meeting, extends its full support to the PhilRES Officer-in-Charge to contribute to the realization of a unified and strengthened real estate service professional organization.

🌟 We respect the individual choices of REBAP members to align with PhilRES or other AIPO candidates, emphasizing that such affiliations are in harmony with REBAP's by-laws.
