We would like to inform the public that our project, NorthTown Subdivision in Surigao City, is not yet accepting reservations. We are currently awaiting our License to Sell from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). Until we secure this license, no reservations or transactions should be made with anyone claiming to be a VCDU (VCdu) employer or representative.

To prevent scams and protect buyers from individuals posing as authorized representatives.
Official status**:
No licenses to sell have been issued to date for this project.
What you should do**:
Do not provide money, personal information, or sign any agreements with anyone claiming to represent the project.
Verify authenticity by contacting our office located motormate building door 2 brgy Rizal Surigao City
Confirm license status with DHSUD before any commitments.
