Filipino Homes has expanded its nationwide network to 147 franchise offices with the opening of its newest office in General Santos City, led by real estate broker Kenneth Hilario.

The milestone brings the company just three offices away from its target of 150 franchise offices in 2026, reflecting the continued growth of its real estate network across the country.

Each new franchise office is expected to strengthen Filipino Homesโ€™ presence in local communities while creating more opportunities for property buyers, agents, brokers, and industry partners.
