Wow Davao! Life is here!
Ayala Land has launched Ascenda, a โฑ10.3-billion, 204-hectare mixed-use estate in Marapangi, Toril, marking its largest investment in Mindanao and reinforcing Davao Cityโs growing reputation as a top investment hub.
The development, a partnership with Anflocor, will feature a 65-hectare town center with an eco park, commercial spaces, and lifestyle hubs, alongside a 139-hectare residential zone including Ayala Land Premierโs first village in Davao, Virendo. It will also connect to major infrastructure such as the Davao Bypass Road, improving accessibility and mobility.
Ayala Land said Davaoโs strong peace and order situation, combined with improving infrastructure, makes it an ideal location for long-term investments. The city continues to stand out not only as one of the safest in the country but also as an emerging economic, residential, and tourism center.
Vice President Sara Duterte met with Ayala executives, including Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala and Fernando Zobel de Ayala, along with members of the Zobel, Alcantara, and Floirendo families. The Ayala family expressed appreciation to the Duterte family for their support and strong partnership.
Ayala Land noted that its expansion in Davao builds on its earlier developments in the city, including Abreeza and Azuela Cove, as well as its flagship estates nationwide such as Makati Central Business District, Bonifacio Global City, Cebu Business Park, Nuvali in Laguna, and Alviera in Pampangaโbringing the same level of world-class planning and infrastructure to its newest project in Mindanao.
