Gibutang sa High Risk sa DOH-Caraga ang klasipikasyon sa dakbayan sa Butuan tungod sa pagsaka sa mga kumpirmadong kaso sa Covid-19 sa syudad sa pila na ka mga semana.

Gawas pa niani anaa usab sa high risk level ang Health Care Utilization Rate o ang paggamit sa mga hospital beds ug mga facilities nga nagadawat sa mga pasyente nga nasakit sa Covid-19. Mao ang rason ngano nga ang mga hospital sulod sa dakbayan balibaran na ang dugang pasyente tungod sa wala na kini bakante nga kwarto.

Tungod niini, ang Local Government Unit sa Butuan nagpagawas og bag-ong Executive Order aron ma implementar ang mas istriktong health protocols para maundang ang pagtinakdanay ug makunhuran ang mga kumpirmadong kaso.

Mao kini ang mga bag-o nga guidelines sa Executive Order No. 14-A:
1. Ipatuman pagbalik ang tulo (3) ka adlaw nga color coded quarantine pass panahon nga mogawas sa balay.

BASIC TIPS ON SELLING A PROPERTY

1. Verify the ownership of the property.
2. Ask for a LOT PLAN AND VICINITY MAP.
3. Ask Copy of ID of the owner/seller – for identification purposes. (Beware of Scam Sellers)
4. Have an experienced licensed appraiser assess the value of the property.
5. Always ask for Certified True Copy of the Property's Certificate of title.
6. Ask for an Authority to Sell. (If they dont give you, then dont sell it! Its their lost not ours)
7. Dont Beg for the seller.
8. Never Overprice. Always be contented with 5% Commission
9. Ask help from Filipino homes SalesPerson/ Brokers.
10. If you find it hard to talk with the Owner. Forget it. (How much more your commission.)
11. You need to SEE THE ACTUAL PROPERTY. (inspect it before you SELL it!) Sell by conscience, IF you think it cannot be sold by that price, talk with the owner and have it appraise.
12. POST IT AT PHILHOMES WEBSITE before posting it online (tHIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT)
