Ang first client medyo dili satisfied sa porma sa yuta since ang tapad na nga area is tubigan sa una. So nihangyo siya nga instead nga pataas ang porma, ipalapad nalang ang gilapdon sa yuta. Ug malipayon mi kay satisfied ra si client sa maong porma sa iyang napalit nga property. Same sa 2nd ug 3rd client, satisfied ra pud sila sa final nga porma sa ilahang napalit nga property. 🏞️🏞️

Lesson:
‼️Once makapalit ka property ipasiguro gyud dayon ug pasurvey aron hapsay ug sigurado ang imong gi invest nga kwarta. Before patukuran ug balay or idevelop, Survey first para ma sure ang boundary ug mahibaw an nimo ang insaktong porma sa imong yuta. ⚠️✔️ Para sa legit ug surebol nga trabaho contact lang Sanco Land Surveying Services
