The National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) welcomes its new partner-originator, Atlanta Land Corporation, as part of the government’s effort in addressing the housing backlog by offering a liquidity facility to public or private housing loan originators.

The Memorandum of Agreement between NHMFC and Atlanta Land was signed on April 11, 2022 headed by NHMFC President Carlo Luis P. Rabat (second from left) and Atlanta Land Chief Operating Officer Christine O. Chan (second from right). Also present during the signing ceremony is the Vice President of NHMFC's Securitization Group, Maria Luisa Favila (left), and Atlanta Land Sales Director Jennifer Cochon (right).
