The cafĂ©âs founder is Jelo Reyes, a dedicated cat lover who wanted something unique: a place where people could enjoy quality coffee and relax with cats.
Jeloâs love for cats began at home, where the number of rescued cats kept growing.
What started as a personal passion soon became something bigger: a community cat café that bridges coffee culture with compassion.
Guests arrive throughout the day: solo visitors unwinding after work, couples on date afternoons, and cat lovers taking a quiet break.
At Hello Meow, the cats make the approach when they want affection always on their terms.
Hello Meow Cafe opened its doors on August 8, 2022, becoming the first community cat café in Nueva Ecija.
Its mission extends beyond coffee: rescuing and feeding homeless cats, running lowâcost and free kapon programs, and building awareness about responsible pet care.
Most cafés in this part of the city cater to quick coffee, fast Wi-Fi.
But Hello Meow offers something slower.
