Job Summary :
The Internal Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting, ensuring that audit findings and recommendations are communicated effectively to management. Key Responsibilities :
• Oversees Audit planning, field work, and audit reporting; prepares reports and communicates findings to management. Recommend practical and value-added improvements in order to materialize company goals and objectives.
• Supervise assigned audit staffs in performing analytical review and examination on company’s business process and internal controls. Identify control gaps and perform risk assessment. • Oversee audit activities and performance of staffs by coaching, training, and mentoring and conduct evaluation for recommendation to personnel actions
• Reviews working papers and findings prepared by audit staff. Ensures that reviews are completed in accordance with the approved audit program.
• Coordinates and communicates audit follow-ups with concerned department for resolution.
• Performs special audit engagement and assist in the investigation of fraudulent transactions.
• Implements the more complicated audit procedure that staff are not yet capable of performing.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned as required by other business units.

Qualifications :
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in auditing, with a strong focus on inventory, cash, and process audits.
• Proficient in auditing tools, financial analysis, and IT systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting audit findings to senior management.
• Ability to analyze and develop internal controls and process improvements.

The Geodetic Engineer in the Project Development Department is responsible for conducting land surveys, mapping, and geospatial data collection to support the planning, design, and ex*****on of development projects. The role ensures that all geodetic and land-related data used in project development are accurate, legally compliant, and aligned with technical standards. This position plays a critical role in the early-stage assessment and ongoing management of project sites.

Qualifications: (to be assigned at Cabanatuan and other project sites)
· Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC registered).
· At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in land surveying, preferably in project development or construction.
· Proficient in using surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Drone/UAV) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
· Knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in the Philippines.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Willing to travel to project sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct topographic, hydrographic, and boundary surveys of project sites.
· Prepare accurate site development maps, survey plans, and location plans using total stations, GPS, drones, and other geodetic equipment.
· Establish and verify ground control points and benchmarks necessary for design and construction.
· Prepare and certify survey returns, lot plans, relocation surveys, and subdivision plans.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., DENR, LRA, HLURB, LGUs).
· Assist in the preparation of land titling documents and provide technical support for land acquisition and property consolidation.
· Process and interpret geodetic data using CAD and GIS software.
· Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies between plans and on-ground conditions.
· Maintain an organized and secure archive of geodetic data, maps, and related documentation.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and contractors to integrate geodetic data into project designs.
· Provide geodetic input during feasibility studies, site evaluations, and master planning.

Job Qualifications

Job Summary
The Cost Accountant is responsible for managing and optimizing the cost accounting processes for Atlanta and FEAPC, ensuring accurate production costs and financial reporting. This role involves setting up standard prodictio0n costs in SAP, calculating monthly actual processing costs, and maintaining standard costs for materials produced. The position also includes generating monthly inventory valuation reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create accurate budgets, and overseeing the timely completion of month-end tasks and reconciliations. Additionally, the Cost Accountant improves financial controls, manages agency billing, and supervises the processing of delivery expenses and freight charges.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set Up standard production of Atlanta and FEAPC for the year in SAP.
• Calculate the actual processing costs for Atlanta and FEAPC from SAP detailed expenses on a monthly basis.
• Maintain standard cost for each material produced in the SAP system for both Atlanta and FEAPC, and implement updates every three months.
• Utilize the use of SAP’s Internal Order feature to monitor and record expenses from special project, asset acquisition and asset construction in progress.
• Generate comprehensive monthly inventory valuation report for both Atlanta and FEAPC, including a detailed comparison from the SAP Inventory report.
• Work\ closely with teams from multipole departments including Finance, Production, HR ad Sales, to create accurate budgets for the fiscal year, ensuring that the needs for each department were met.
• Ensured all plant expenses, reconciliations, and month-end tasks were completed on time each month for Atlanta and FEAPC, meeting the head office’s closing requirements.
• Improved controls for material issuance, adjustments, and intercompany transactions by creating clear procedures and ensuring their effective implementation across the plant.
• Led the EDP department I daily data entry for PC’s production and consumption, ensuring timely processing fewer complaints about outdated encoding.
• Processed Agency/COOP billing on time, coordinated reconciliation to ensure accurate payments, and ensured timely recording of manpower expenses and endorsement to payables.
• Supervise the monitoring, processing and recording of delivery expenses, trucking and freight charges, ensuring timely payments and accurate monthly accruals.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in cost accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing of production environment
• Proficiency in SAP (particularly with standard costing, inventory management, and internal orders).
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
