erties and Development Corporation, under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Alvarez as President and Chief Executive Officer. Building on its initial success, the company continued to develop St. Joseph Villages in different locations within Laguna. As of 2011, it had completed 12,000 homes, with several more in the pipeline. Moving forward, the company is exploring new opportunities and capitalizing on strategic property sites that will draw on its strength and expertise not only in Laguna, but also in areas closer to its target markets.
