🍁 Sa panahon ngayon, isa sa pinakamahirap na tanong talaga yung:
“Ready na ba akong kumuha ng sariling bahay?”

May ibang tao gusto mas maikling hulugan para mas mabilis matapos. Yung iba naman mas gusto mas mahabang term para mas magaan bawat buwan. Parehong okay yun depende sa sitwasyon at priorities mo.

Ang importante, yung kukunin mong bahay fit sa budget at lifestyle mo. Hindi yung napilitan ka lang dahil approved ka naman.

Kasi sa dulo, ang totoong goal ng pagkakaroon ng bahay hindi lang basta may matirhan… kundi magkaroon ng mas secure at mas peaceful na future. 🏠
