2. Ihanda ang requirements. 📄
-Kadalasan, kailangan mo ng valid IDs, proof of income, at iba pang documents. Kapag ready na ang requirements mo, mas mabilis ang application process.

3. Pumili ng Property na Pasok sa Budget.🏠
-Huwag lang mag-base sa ganda ng bahay. Piliin ang property na swak sa budget at lifestyle mo.

2. Piliin ang monthly payment na kaya ng budget mo. Maglaan lang ng halagang hindi makakaapekto sa iyong pang-araw-araw na gastusin at emergency fund.

3. Siguraduhing maayos ang developer at proyekto. Mag-research tungkol sa developer at tingnan kung may magandang track record sa turnover at customer service.

4. Basahin at intindihin ang kontrata. Alamin ang terms ng rent-to-own, penalties, payment schedule.

5. Magpa-assess muna bago mag-apply. Mas mabuting malaman agad kung qualified ka at kung anong property ang pasok sa iyong budget para hindi masayang ang oras at pera.

✨ Bonus Tip: Huwag hintaying tumaas pa ang presyo ng property. Kapag handa ka na at pasok sa budget mo, mas mabuting magsimula nang mas maaga.
