Join our growing team! We’re looking for an HR Supervisor who can lead with integrity, strategy, and a people-first mindset.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
✔ CHRP / SHRM-CP / CIPD certifications (preferred)
✔ 3–5 years progressive HR experience with supervisory role
✔ Experience in manpower services, outsourcing, or industrial operations
✔ Strong knowledge of PH Labor Code, DOLE regulations & wage orders
✔ Skilled in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment
✔ Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems & gov’t platforms
✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills
