Every September 23 and 24, we remember and celebrate the lives of our dearly departed foundresses, Tita Ched and Tita Co — two sisters and aunts whose lives were marked by so much joy, warmth, generosity, and love.

Their presence may no longer be with us, but the legacy they left behind continues to live on in the people they touched and in the values we strive to uphold every day at Ce’Coco Residences.|

May their warmth continue to welcome every guest who walks through our doors, and may their generosity continue to be part of the home we share with others.
