September 8, 2022 marked the Dedication day of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Groundbreaking Ceremony of Xavier University Masterson Campus and Manresa Town.

The groundbreaking ceremony was led by the principal guests from Xavier University, Cebu Landmasters and the Local Government of Cagayan de Oro City .
