Notice to Future Renters:
Due to increase of the numbers of residents in One Oasis, slight changes with parking has to be known.

Our unit do not have its own free parking space. If you are bringing your own ride, make sure to park earlier in the day to avail of free parking spaces nearer the building entrance/pool.

In the event that no more free parking space is available, the guard will give you parking spaces to rent for P300 overnight. There is no guarantee though that there will still be available parking late at night.
One option would be is, if you already have parked for free and need to go somewhere, leave your car and take public transport especially if you will be back late at night.

Please be advised to avoid confusion and stress.
