Pag-IBIG at SMDC pumasok sa kasunduan para sa mas pinalawig na housing loans
Pumirma sa Memorandum of Understanding ang Pag-IBIG at SM Development Corporation na makatutulong upang magkaroon ng mas akma na housing loans para sa mga miyembro nito.
Kasama rin sa masasaklaw nito ang mas angkop na pag-presyo sa mga housing units.
Para kay DHSUD Secretary Jose Aliling, makatutulong ang partnership ng Pag-IBIG at SMDC upang makakuha ng mas magaganda at mas maayos na tirahan ang mga Pilipino.
"We want more Filipino workers and their families to have a real opportunity to own a home in the city, particularly one closer to where they work. With Pag-IBIG Housing Loans now up to โฑ10 million for each qualified member, more Filipino workers can choose from SMDC properties and pay for their chosen home at affordable rates over time,โ giit ni Aliling.
Kasama sa mga pwedeng pagpilian ang Coast Residences at ICE Tower sa Pasay City, Spring Residences sa Paraรฑaque City, Hill Residences sa Quezon City at SMDC Cheerful Homes 1 at 2 sa Pampanga.
