-an association of habal2x drivers which is only their clean part time jobs at night gathered together as one for one goal;to raise their family as much as they can.

As we are going to our destination (from CDO to GINGOOG via CLAVERIA), one of our co riders noticed tatay sa daplin sa dalan, namroblema. He then ask him, "tay, naunsa ka? " then tatay answered "anak, nahutdan ko ug gasolina" before palang sa claveria municipal hall daw si tatay nahutdan ug gasonlina. Then luckily, one of our co riders nag offer ug gasolina sa iya which is naka sulod sa 500ml nga miniral water (abe nako ug juice kai color blue man gd 😂😂😂) so nag ask si tatay if unsa daw to, (apil pd sya nag wonder 😂😂) nitubag lang pd daun sya kang tatay nga gasoline daw to, idk if unsa jd to exactly nga gasoline.

Ff, gigasolinahan na ang motor ni tatay using that gasoline nga blue, gipa andar daun niya, dili man jpon sya mu andar. Then, one of our co riders helped him, naa sya gikubian sa motor (na empty man jd ang motor ni tatay maong lisod ipa andar). Ff, after pag kubi sa among co rider sa motor ni tatay, ni andar najd sya.

Tatay then said, "thank you kaau mga anak, mag problem jd unta kog dako kung wala mo nitabang nako kai layo pa kaau ang gasolinahan"

✔In the Philippines, there is a law that protects the interest of the unit owners in a condominium project. This is the Republic Act 4726 or The Condominium Act of the Philippines which was mandated on June 18, 1966.

When a condominium project is fully turned over to the unit owners, it becomes just like a corporation, and you are one of the owners of that corporation if you have a unit there.
