ATTENTION: Woodland Heights Water Consumers

Submersible pump and motor has been removed from the well, and a thorough investigation is currently underway to prevent a recurrence of the incident.

Water supply schedule will proceed without change.

Affected Areas: BLOCK 9, 10,11,13,14,15,16,17, 19 and 18 lot 1.

• Morning: 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

All other areas will continue to receive normal water supply.

NOTICE OF EMERGENCY WATER INTERRUPTION
TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:

We regret to inform you that Woodland Heights’ water supply experienced an unexpected shutdown from last night until this morning. Troubleshooting is currently in progress to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, Woodland Heights’ spare pump and Southview Homes’ water source have been activated to provide temporary water supply to the subdivision.

Please be advised that residents, particularly in elevated areas, may continue to experience low to no water supply and store enough water to be use during this period and to stay tuned for further updates.
