At a scale of 222,000sqm and 388m, this project is located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), the modern center of the capital Manila. It aims to elevate the image and functionality of this area, serving as a benchmark for business and commercial ventures while effectively integrating surrounding resources and enhancing industry clustering to create value for investors.
The inspiration for the iconic tower's form comes from the Philippines' national flower, the Jasmine. With an efficient structural system, the design features flowing and graceful giant frames/columns connected by diagonal braces, resembling a blooming jasmine bud and achieving a perfect harmony between architectural structure and artistic representation.
Despite the constraints of the site, the project opens up the ground level to create an active space that extends eastward to street plazas and municipal green areas , further contributing to the city's public realm. The upper segment of the tower will house the most luxurious and modern ultra-five-star hotel in the city center, while the tower's pinnacle will feature a distinctive "Sky Garden," serving as a high -altitude lounge for the city and community, creating a unique destination for sightseeing, leisure, and cultural experiences.
