A good stay is a shared responsibility ~
Three years mi as an Airbnb host.
And for three years, consistent Superhost mi.
Dili ni tungod kay perfect mi.
Tungod ni kay every booking, gi-seryoso namo.
Before check-in, we send clear instructions.
Step-by-step.
Naay photos.
Naay map.
Naay reminders.
Kung dili gihapon murespond, among tawagan pag-usab.
Mangayo mi daan sa guest IDs.
Mangutana mi kung kinahanglan ba sila ug parking.
We make sure ready ang unit before they arrive.
Our staff are trained to assist guests as much as possible.
That is how much we care about their experience.
Especially when the messages, calls, and reminders were already sent.
Wala pud sila nangayo ug assistance before leaving a review.
Daghan pa gyud ug complaints nga difficult sabton.
Mamundak ug pultahan.
Manlabnot ug yabi.
Our staff remain respectful.
But respect should always go both ways.
Yes, bad reviews are part of the hosting business.
But rudeness should never be considered normal.
Being a paying guest does not give anyone the right to disrespect the people serving them.
To my fellow hosts and hosting staff, hugs to all of you.
Kabalo ko kapoy usahay.
Kabalo ko sakit kung unfair ang feedback.
But one bad day does not mean a bad life.
And one difficult guest should never erase the many good guests we have served.
To our kind, respectful, and understanding guests, thank you so much.
You notice the effort.
You follow the instructions.
You communicate when you need help.
You treat our staff with respect.
Guests like you remind us why we still love hosting.
We pray that more guests will be like you.
To future guests, please read the instructions sent by your host.
Ask for help before assuming that no help is available.
And always treat guards, cleaners, caretakers, and hosting staff with kindness.
A good stay is a shared responsibility.
Hosts must provide good service.
Guests must communicate and show respect.
