Ayala plans to build 2nd mall in CDO

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) is planning to put up another mall in Cagayan de Oro as well as in cities outside Metro Manila such as Cebu, Davao, Bacolod and Iloilo within the next five years as part of the company’s vision 2020 program.

Actually, we have already gathered this info late last year when some executives of the company disclosed to a local barangay official about their plan for a second mall. In fact, a perspective was shown to him. The proposed site is said to be still in the downtown area.
