UPDATE | New Manresa Access Road – Latest Progress

Construction is now underway, with earthworks including hill cutting and tree clearing currently in progress.

The ₱120-million, 2-kilometer road project by Cebu Landmasters, Inc., in partnership with Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, aims to improve traffic flow between Uptown and Downtown Cagayan de Oro.

Targeted for completion by the fourth quarter of 2027, the road will connect Masterson Avenue to Balulang Road, providing a more direct route to the city center via Macasandig Bridge.
